Two communities closing in on resolution for Clam Bay dispute
A public negotiation session Friday did not resolve a dispute over navigation in Clam Bay, but two North Naples communities have not closed the door completely. The Pelican Bay Foundation, a master association for that community, plans to send its neighbors in Seagate a proposal by early next week to end the dispute. Seagate representatives said they would consider it. If the two sides agree to a deal, it could come to Collier County commissioners for ratification as early as June 9.
