New consultant taking over study of I-75 culverts, south Lee drainage
South Florida Water Management District officials are hiring a new consultant to finish the work begun by ADA Engineering 16 months ago. At a recent meeting, Phil Flood, manager of the district’s Lower West Coast Service Center, said a new consultant is being brought in. He told Lee County commissioners there have been complaints of undue influence and of preconceived notions.
