Dispute over navigational markers in Clam Bay headed to Tallahassee
Collier County commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday to ask Gov. Charlie Crist and the Cabinet to approve navigational markers for Clam Bay after the state Department of Environmental Protection sent a letter to the county earlier this month revoking its 2009 approvals.
