Bruce Matheson is to speak about his family’s 107-year history in South Florida. William Matheson, a wealthy dye manufacturer, settled in South Florida in 1903, later owning a third of Upper Matecumbe, all of Lower Matecumbe and historic Lignum Vitae Key.
